All these raw materials are fed into a furnace for smelting to 1600<\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\"> \u00baC<\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\">, <\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\">this<\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\"> furnace continues its activity in the 365 days a year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\"><span class=\"zw-portion\">Once melted, the liquid <\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\">glass<\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\"> is introduced into a pool of tin at a temperatu<\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\">re of 1100C. Because the glass<\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\"> has a lo<\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\">wer density than tin, it continues the<\/span><span class=\"zw-portion\"> process floating on it. Thanks to this pool and tin a perfect flatness to not deform the view through the glass is achieved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph\"><span class=\"zw-portion\">At this temperature, the glass has high elasticity; allowing side rollers open or close the amount of material.
